On Thursday October 20th, we had the opportunity to meet engineering students from the KULeuven.
The KULeuven organised its Sector Night to enable engineering students to learn more about consulting and what it entails for their future career. Many of them are encountering the different sectors and industries for the first time.
It was the opportunity for Otofacto to leave a lasting impression and persuade these students to pursue a career in consulting and join our company.
Small groups of the present students were formed, and each group had the opportunity to speak with each company via a pass-through method. Each group counted for around five minutes before moving on to the next company. After that, we were all invited to the networking reception that followed the slide-through system.
It was great to see that numerous ambitious engineers are ready to tackle the digitalization challenges of manufacturing companies!
